A reference for THC drinks
The number on the can is the
only one that tells you anything.
Strain names on a seltzer are decoration. Milligrams are not. This is every THC drink we could verify against the brand’s own page, sorted by dose, with what to mix it with and how to not ruin your evening.
Every drink in the database, ordered by dose. The market clusters hard at 5 and 10 milligrams.

Your first THC drink
Start under 5mg, wait the full two hours, and do not let a slow onset talk you into a second one.

Low-dose drinks worth actually making
All alcohol-free, and every total below is the sum of the real cans in the build rather than an estimate.

Grapefruit Rosemary Highball
Two milligrams, twelve ounces, and a rosemary sprig doing most of the heavy lifting.
3 min build - 2mg
Micro Paloma
A paloma that lets you drive home. Salt on the rim is not optional.

Lavender Lemon Cooler
The one to hand someone who says they do not like the taste of any of this.

What this site will not do
Guess a number at you.
Specs here were read off the brand’s own page and each one links the source and the date we checked it. When a brand does not publish something, the field says not listed rather than a plausible figure, which is why a fair few rows are patchy. Only 58 of these 101 drinks publish a calorie count anywhere we could find one.
There is also no legality map. Hemp THC law varies by state and moves quickly, and a stale legal claim baked into 101 product rows would be the most harmful thing on this site to get wrong.
No brand paid to be included here, and no brand can. Some links to barware and mixers earn a commission, which never affects what is listed or what we say about it. The drinks themselves are not for sale anywhere on this site.
